A Third-Party Authorization (TPA) lets a personal guarantor authorize GLS Solutions to share loan
information with — and take instructions from — a person or company acting on their behalf, such as a
title or escrow agency, real estate agent, attorney, or accountant. It applies to our business purpose
loans. Without a completed authorization on file, we can only discuss the loan with the borrower or
personal guarantor of record.

Third Party Authorization Form (Business Purpose Loans)
Enter the guarantor, borrower/entity, and GLS Loan ID(s), plus each authorized party's contact
details — flagging any title or escrow agency.
2
Set expiration & sign
Optionally set an expiration date — if left blank, the authorization stays in effect for the life
of the loan. The personal guarantor then signs and dates the form.
3
Submit to GLS
Provide the signed form to your originating lender, or email a scanned copy to
help@gls.ai.
Obtaining, discussing, and receiving assistance with information on the loan(s) identified.
Making, changing, or canceling payments, and requesting draws, extensions, and payoffs.

or payoff (limited to a duration of no longer than one year).
GLS verifies each authorized party's identity through two-factor authentication before sharing information.
The personal guarantor may revoke the authorization at any time by notifying GLS.
